Personal Report Crashes each time Empty Personal Report Crashes each time

I am exploring the features of the Caine 4.0 Live DVD within a VirtualBox container. When I click on "Personal Report" in the Reporting section of the Caine Interface, the program crashes each time. I am able to successfully create reports in both HTML and RTF formats. I'm using the latest version of Caine 4.0, downloaded today (5/06/2013).
